The 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic is sure to be one exciting event, with as many as 13 players within four shots of each other atop the leaderboard. But the two boys who saw their names in first place after the second round are the ones who play together in the final round on Sunday.
That will be Akshay Bhatia and Aaron Rai, who face off again in Saturday’s third round for both 68 spots. Both are currently T1 at 17-under, and scheduled to tee off at 2:00 pm EST.

For Bhatia, he’s looking for his third PGA Tour win, while Rai is hunting for his first – so we’ll see if one of them can handle the pressure, do his best, and close out Sunday’s final round with the Rocket. Mortgage Classic article.
But Bhatia and Rai will have their hands full to capture the rest of the field, as the likes of Cameron Davis, Cameron Young, Erik Van Rooyen, and Min Woo Lee (among others) will be hot on their heels, so the decision is still far from over as the final round progresses .
