Cardi B accused of copyright infringement on her song ‘Kwanele (Miami)’

Cardi B has been accused of copyright infringement on her US Top 10 hit Enough (Miami).

The lawsuit was filed in Texas on Wednesday (July 3) by artists Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar (aka Kemika1956).

According to the lawsuit, Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar created their song, Fat Frybread in 2021. The song was released by the label Tattoo Muzik Group Studios on November 9, 2021.
