In 2019, he started dipping his toes into the crypto industry when a friend introduced him to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but it wasn’t until 2020 that he started diving deeper into the industry. As Rubmar began to understand the mechanics of the crypto sphere, he saw a new world yet to be explored.
At the beginning of his crypto journey, he discovered a new system that allowed him to have control over his finances. As a young adult of the 21st century, Rubmar has faced the challenges of the traditional banking system and the limitations of fiat money.
After the collapse of his country’s economy, the limitations of traditional funds became clear. The formal, outdated structure made him feel hopeless and powerless in the midst of an aggressive and distorted system created by hyperinflation. However, learning about decentralization and self-regulation opened up an area of opportunity. Cryptocurrencies allowed him to have financial control for the first time and expand his financial education.
In addition, the unusual nature of the crypto community sparked Rubmar’s curiosity about other layers of the industry. As a result, he has found a particular interest in getting the different opinions of investors, market watchers, experts and developers. His efforts to better understand the crypto space led him to see strong links between the community and other industries, enriching his view of the field. As someone who spends most of his day online, Rubmar enjoys finding the points where the crypto world meets his other interests and hobbies -or his favorite memes.
In his spare time, he often finds pleasure in different forms of art. As a child, she participated in all the extracurricular activities in her hometown, including music classes, dance, jewelry making, and the local choir. Despite his many attempts to learn different instruments, Rubmar only knows how to play the xylophone, which he played for 7 years in his school’s marching band.
She also has a passion for learning new languages and cultures, and has set herself the goal of learning six more languages - she is currently trying to learn Italian and Korean. Scrapbooking, papermaking, and bookbinding are her main interests outside of work, regularly taking classes and attending workshops to learn new techniques. His remaining free time is spent obsessing over football matches and passing on market news or feeding cats – his own or strays.
